Meet Erin Armstrong
I believe in the power of storytelling to spark curiosity, deepen connection, and drive change. That belief led me from the corporate world into the nonprofit sector, where I’ve spent the last decade aligning strategy with mission to help organizations thrive.
As a senior marketing executive, I bring deep experience across the culture, tourism, education, and healthcare sectors. I specialize in helping organizations reposition their brands, optimize their digital presence, and engage audiences more meaningfully. I’m known for blending creative vision with analytical rigor, and for leading teams with empathy, purpose, and clarity.
I previously served as Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Digital Media at The Franklin Institute, where I modernized a 200-year-old brand in alignment with a new institutional master plan, restructured and expanded digital operations, and drove revenue growth. Before that, I held senior roles at The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts and Tierney Communications, where I led integrated marketing and brand strategy efforts. I’ve partnered with executive teams, boards, and agencies to navigate complexity and unlock growth.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and a relentless focus on impact.
A passionate art lover, curious traveler, and voracious reader, I am based in Philadelphia and work with clients nationally.
